ShopStock works standalone. On the Group plan we integrate with most UK EPOS (Eposnow, Henderson, Lightspeed, plus CSV imports for everything else).
Yes. Your run, list and stock counts stay on the device. The app re-syncs in the car park.
On the Shop and Group plans, yes — staff can add to the list by voice or scan, and you approve before it goes out.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the UK, and GDPR-compliant. You can export or delete everything in two taps.
